Refund policy

1.1 All Products, other than food products, sold by Mezzecrete are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and, if purchased by Consumers, by Mezzecrete's 24-month warranty for conformity defects pursuant to articles 128 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005. In order to benefit from warranty service, the Customer must keep the invoice, or where it does not exist, the delivery or transport document or other appropriate written documentation.

1.2 Without prejudice to the guarantee under Art. 128 et seq. D. Lgs. 206/2005, if the Product purchased turns out to "know rancid" or have manufacturing defects, the Consumer may request the replacement of the same within the mandatory period of 14 days from receipt by telegram, or e-mail to the address [email protected], or telephone communication to Customer Service at +39.0657301448. In this case, the Consumer is required to return the defective or damaged product in its original packaging intact in all its parts, including the cap. In case of replacement of the Product, the shipping costs for the return of the defective product shall be borne by the Customer, while the costs for the shipment of the new Product shall be borne by Mezzecrete.

1.3 Mezzecrete shall then provide for the replacement requested within a reasonable period of time from the receipt of the Consumer's request with an identical Product or, in case of exhaustion of stocks and subject to agreement with the Consumer, with one of equivalent value. Mezzecrete invites the Consumer to describe in as much detail as possible the nature of the defect or defect found and, if necessary, to send copies of the Order documents, or to indicate the Order number, the telephone number of the Consumer and the Customer code and any other data useful for the correct identification of the claim. Mezzecrete recommends in any case to verify that the e-mails sent by the same are not redirected or blocked by any 'spam filters' or do not arrive correctly at their destination due to other technical problems of the e-mail program of the recipient Customer or in any case falling within the sphere of autonomy of the latter.

1.4 It is expressly understood that Sections 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 above shall not apply in the event of defects found in Products purchased by Professional Customers, with respect to which Mezzecrete, subject to the mandatory legal limits, does not issue any conventional warranty.
