Nece Terre di Siena DOP is a clear, golden-yellow organic extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany with good body. The aroma is dominated by notes of tomato and Golden Delicious apple, with hints of hazelnut and almond, as well as subtle balsamic and spicy undertones. It is well-structured and balanced, with well-developed spicy notes and consistent hints of dried fruit and spices.
Excellent raw to enhance roast fish and vegetable and legume-based soups.
Olio Nece is obtained from the pressing of olives harvested while still green to ensure a high presence of chlorophylls and polyphenols that are perceived by organoleptic examination in a positive way with merits of a greater fruity , bitter and spicy timbre. Pressing takes place within a maximum of 12 hours after harvest.
